Family Night Walk

Nature Therapy Taster (1 Hour Ticket)

Nature Connection ‘taster’ to RELAX (Running on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month) This FREE 1 hr walk will incorporate a mix of activities and techniques to engage all of the senses. Activities will vary from week to week.

Nature Therapy Experience (2 Hour Ticket)

Nature Therapy experience to Restore. More depth experience focused on overall wellbeing such as improved mood, and reduced stress. Building a deeper awareness of ones self and the natural environment.
